Event: Best Practice in Internal Auditing: Equipping the Audit Managers

This workshop will help participants master the skills necessary to manage audit teams with efficiency. The workshop provides new managers with the tools needed to effectively manage audit teams while exploring the life cycle of an audit from an audit manager’s perspective.
During this workshop, participants will examine and practice the skills needed to lead as a manager by learning how to supervise and develop an audit team, manage change, and effectively manage relationships with not only your team, but also with the Chief Audit Executive, Executive Management, and the Audit Committee.
The workshop is designed for both Internal Auditors and Mangers who want to learn the concepts, tools, and techniques to enhance their effectiveness as Audit Managers.

The workshop will be held from March 1-4, 2022 at the Sarova Woodlands, Nakuru. Charges are KES 50,000 and KES 55,000 exclusive of VAT for Members and Non-Members respectively. Event registration will be done on March 1st and the event will commence on March 2nd. Members in attendance will earn 20 CPE Hours.

The Institute of Internal Auditors Kenya is an accredited training provider with the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA). The NITA registration number is DIT/TRN/558(25b).
